PHOTO & VIDEO DISCLAIMER

Mosaic Art Studio reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the studio or any event with Mosaic Art Studio without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

Mosaic Art Studio may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Mosaic Art Studio including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

A person attending a Mosaic Art Studio class or event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Mosaic Art Studio at [email protected] in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Mosaic Art Studio will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Mosaic Art Studio class or event or by failing to notify Mosaic Art Studio, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Mosaic Art Studio you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Mosaic Art Studio from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where such a transfer is performed, it will be done so in accordance with Mosaic Art Studio policy, and local legislation such as the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Some of the Company’s Websites may “cookie” your machine; to provide personalized services or maintain your identity across multiple pages within one or more sessions.
